They sit around all day staring at their screens like a monkey that's seen a banana for the very first time. On top of this, they cackle periodically through the day, though god only knows what can be so fucking amusing. They are on a helpdesk... Someone calls in and says "my computer is broken" in response they get the laughter of a fucking witch.
One of them also has had a persistent cough for about the last 39 years. She hacks half the day and I really want to end her.
It would be almost bearable if they didn't have the brain power of a used tampon. These are people that have worked in support for a LONG time and yet have no concept of how to resolve any faults.
The icing on the cake is their limp-wristed manager who insists he will "come down heavy on them" and "sort them out". Yeah fucking right. Somebody lend me a gun..
