Ok, so the first post was just a piece of fluff to open this blog.
I'm not 100% sure about what I'm actually going to write here yet, or how it will evolve, but here goes anyway.
I've long believed that the average person is not that smart. In my work, I am constantly reminded that I am probably correct. Not to say that the customers I deal with are stupid (some are) but mainly it's the people I call "colleagues" that really take the cake.
These are people who are supposed to have some common sense and knowledge. The people who say "I'm an IT professional" and then don't know how to ping an IP address. My peers.... aaargh!
